Training and Development

F.A. Valiant are members of the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB).

Through the CITB-Construction Skills a Training and Development Programme has been constructed. This provides us with a structured approach to consider relevant courses to which company employees should attend to maintain and improve their skills.
